Ben is a Project Manager at 515 Exteriors and has been with the company since its founding. After previously working with Chris for another contractor, Ben took a management position with 515 Exteriors shortly after its formation and has been here ever since. Ben manages a full range of projects, including roofing and siding, overseeing the work from start to finish and staying actively involved on site.

Ben values bringing a positive attitude and “good everyday values” to his work, showing up for his crew and supporting them through long hours in tough conditions. He also builds strong relationships with homeowners, checking in daily and making sure questions are answered promptly. From handling unexpected challenges to seeing a full roofing and siding project come together, Ben focuses on delivering results that make a visible difference in the communities 515 Exteriors serves.

Colten is a Project Manager at 515 Exteriors with a focus on quality control, customer satisfaction, and project execution. He oversees the details of roofing installations to ensure every project is completed correctly, meets manufacturer specifications, and reflects 515 Exteriors' high standards of craftsmanship. Colten also plays a key role in interior window installation, performing walkthroughs and final detail work to ensure every project meets expectations. He works closely with homeowners, walking through their homes after trim installation to confirm they are satisfied with the finished work and addressing any feedback before finalization.

Colten is a self-described perfectionist who ensures even the smallest details, from caulking to paint touch-ups, are done right. He works closely with crews to keep projects on schedule while managing timelines, materials, and punch lists. Colten values the strong relationships and craftsmanship that set 515 Exteriors apart and is committed to delivering quality work homeowners can trust.

Georgia joined 515 Exteriors as Office Manager in early 2026. She oversees daily office operations while leading marketing initiatives that support brand visibility, customer communication, and local outreach. As a key point of contact, she helps keep the business organized, responsive, and growing.

Georgia earned a BA in Journalism: Visual Communications from Franklin College and brings more than 12 years of experience in marketing and graphic design with a background in commercial real estate and crop insurance. She later transitioned to childcare and earned a Certificate in Early Childhood Education from DMACC before returning to the business world.

Outside of work, Georgia enjoys staying active and pursuing creative interests, including kayaking, reading, writing, sewing, building LEGO sets, and hands‑on home improvement projects. She lives in Waukee with her daughters, Annie and Mona. 

Taylor is a Project Estimator at 515 Exteriors, working closely with homeowners to identify their exterior needs and guide them through the roofing and renovation process to provide accurate cost estimates and recommend the best solutions for long-lasting results. With a background in construction, Taylor brings practical knowledge and a straightforward approach that helps customers feel informed and confident from start to finish.

Taylor graduated from Winona High School in 2011 and later pursued college before choosing to build his career through hands on experience in industrial machinery mechanics. Originally from Texas, Taylor is a southern gentleman who values hard work, honesty, and clear communication. Outside of work, Taylor enjoys spending time with his wife, Kaila, and their two daughters, Ryleigh and Alyssa. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing, and spending time outdoors.
